Unfair business practice

I submitted my documents on April and end of July I received a letter from GEPF saying that my court order have two percentage they wanted to know which one is correct. I went to court and they fix that mistake and on the beginning of August the correct court order was submitted with other documents they requested. I thought since the documents submitted from April then will be faster but without luck nothing happened. No response or sms. Every when I call they say still in legal department for calculations. The letter they sent said immediately after the correct court order the payment will be done. I didn't know if i will wait like this.
