Unfair and unacceptable
Hi Megan,<br> Thank you for your response. I had to wait 5 days to reply. Noone has contacted me yet after posting this on hello peter. I called the call centre on Friday and they said my things are at payment but the process takes 60 working days. I mean really? This is unfair...I escalated the problem to Mr Kekana and even from his side theres no response. I cc'd all parties I emailed and sent it to the presidents hot mail seeing that I'm not winning. This can't go on, so basically I must wait 3 months extra on top of my 6 months to eat. Noone is treating this matter with urgency. It breaks my heart because when they deducted there was no waiting period!

Please be advised that the processing of your pension documents have been finalised.
Please note that the amount exceeds R1 million and the GPAA app**** for safety web verification and once that process is finalized, then only will the GPAA apply for a tax directive from The Receiver of Revenue.
Once all of these processes have been concluded then only can the payment be released on the next available payment run. This is an automated process that can take anything from 7 to 14 working days and at times might even take longer if problems are encountered on/with the information.
