Two pots has become nightmare

This is getting out of hand iv app**** on the 4th w September till date no payment no tax directives people who have app**** after me are getting paid left and right iv been calling visiting their office with no avail. The Keep lying and saying that they submitted my things to Sars,iv been calling SARS and they haven’t received anything from ****** Gepf, this is torture hearing people getting paid and you will be lucky if their phones get through,their app doesn’t work i really don’t know what to do now im afraid even people who will apply in November will get paid before me I feel this is unfair, when you do manage to get through their phones they will be telling me about the system that is currently being fixed what kind of system is that that takes 4 weeks without being fixed while they keep paying people who even app**** in October how long am I supposed to wait? This is not fair at all
