I app**** for my 2 pots on the 29/10/2024 I made follow up several times with different stories until the 27 November 2024 where the lady I spoke to said I have to email Bank confirmation letter which I did I tried calling GEPF with no luck yesterday where when I was the 1 to go through the call said technical problems to find out if they recieved my email so I decided to go to GEPF offices to re submit the Bank confirmation letter the lady I spoke to said there is nothing in the system that says I have to submit a bank confirmation letter but she took it and email it to Head Office my problem no I dnt know what is the main problem for for not to get my money cz they always tell me different stories I'm so exhausted.
