Totally fed up!

<p>I have now been waiting for over 5 months for a divorce benefit to be paid to me and after all the queries and follow-ups I am still no closer to receiving my money than the day it was lodged!! You requested further documents from me which was sent with all haste and at great expense to myself and since receiving it you have done absolutely nothing!! I don't know how many times its been escalted to a supervisor already, but what does it matter because that also means nothing. Just keep getting the response that there has been no movement on my file. This is absolutely disgusting service from yourselves.</p>
