Total Frustration
Dear Sirs,<br> <br> I am acting for a Deceased Estate whereby the deceased estate was owed money by the GEPF.<br> <br> We obtained a Court Order in 2014 which we served on them and still today nothing.<br> <br> We received one letter and we rep**** yet still nothing. <br> <br> The estate is totally reliant on this money , yet , nothing.<br> <br> Before approaching the Courts again for a Mandamus Order, I have to exhaust other avenues.<br> <br> Please can someone please get back to me.<br> <br> I am at my wits end!!<br> <br> Ivan<br>
