Tired of calling GEPF every week !!!

GEPF is the most useless and unhelpful department, my mother has been waiting 8 months to receive any decent feedback for her pension claim. She is quite frustrated as she is being continously told to phone them the next week. Please can i have assistance as i am ready to resort to other drastic measures.
