TIME FRAME ON DIVORCE PAYMENT

Good day, I app**** for my Divorce Payout, I have been informed that my application is on Payments department and the calculations have been completed only need to be uploaded on the system this was on the 31/10/2017 that was the last time there was any movement on my file. The call centre agents just tell you that they do not know the reason for the inactivity I must phone again after a few days to check the status only to be told the same thing over and over after holding for good 40 minutes. This is very disappointing and the fact that there is no department to lay complaints as per the last agent Ebenezah Mokgohloa that I spoke to(you get different people everyday some of them helpful some just plain chicky telling you that they only know what they are looking at and end there) basically telling you that there is nothing they or you can do about the slow process and no explanations or whatsover. This is very frustrating what must one do to get proper service in this department???

Can someone revert back from the above department to give me proper information on my file as I am tired of waiting on the call centre for no information. Also what is the turn around time for a Divorce Settlement as some say 60 days from receipt of complete documents and the other agents just tell you that there is no turn around time.
