this is not a complaint just an inquiry

<p>I'm writing this on behalf of my uncle,last year he received his pensions! So yesterday he received a letter but we don't understand what is written there,it is IRP5,the is a code 3902 description -pension and retirement annuity fund lump sum then there is another code 3698 then they put an amount there and code 4102 they put another amount, so I want to know what does this mean what is this money for because it is not the money he received for his pension! Please help me clarify for me! Thank you</p>
