They dnt give a damn about the people

I have been waiting now over 60 days for my money from the government pension fund. They are over 40 days overdue. At this stage all I know is that according to the person replying to my emails is that payout will be soon. Well I have time till this afternoon to pay for my car otherwise I'm losing it to cover the cost of the other party. I've mentioned it to the person in charge but not once did they reply back yet. Why do the people has to suffer to get their money out from pension fund. My pension fund Aldo had 60days to pay out and even though they a private sector they not small either. And not once had government fund told me about the interest I have to get for delays from their side. I just feel they heartless cos otherwise I would have received my money according to the 60 days then I wouldnt have had to beg to get my money from them. I am angry and frustrated to say the least. I need answers and my money today or its goodbye to my car.
