The Worst services ever - Thats if you get through

<p>I have visited the GEPF offices and their services were excellent however doing follow up as suggested with the contact centre the experience is appauling. I have been calling for the whole week last week its 2 of us in different areas and none of us got get through. You hold forever and I eventually got through the reception on ********** 300 and as per the norm she was even more useless because she answered and coundnt not even give a simple answer. The contact number called was ********** 669 sigh*. I dont know whats worse get a person to answer and not get any help at all or not at an answer at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will have to go to the office yet again, to my views they should just close the contact centre because its no use at all.</p>
