The worst service ever
<p>My mother's claim was submitted end of February 2016 when she left her employment. She was told this process takes about 6 six weeks.</p> <p>We're now on the fourth month and she's still waiting. She's not getting any assistance at all. Everytime she calls the call centre, she's told her claim its not on the system. No further explaination...not on the system.</p> <p>Same story for four months??? Thats just ridiculous. How is she supposed to survive for so long???? Can someone attend to this please. </p> <p> </p>

Kindly be advised that the GPAA have not received the pension withdra3wal documents from the members ex-employer as yet.
