The lies and Unproffessionalism of the GEPF. A pendng case that needs to be resolved !!!!!

The GEPF has employees that are unprofessional and do not understand the matter of urgency. We submitted a file last year in June and they told us that they approximately take 60 days to pay out. They **** to us. We kept on calling and they eventually told us this year that the file was only submitted on the 21st of June 2018 and they apparently where the file was all along. That is not even the end of it. They told us to wait for 60 days from the 21st of June and the 60 days lapsed on the 13th of September and they still haven't paid us out. They told me that they are investigating the decree of divorce that we submitted over a year ago along with the other documents they required and they are only looking into it now. The file was apparently In the payment section from the 27th lf August and they now took it back to the Legal section. These people slack off and they only work on a file once a week or in every two weeks. It's insane. We even asked for the file to be worked on faster and it has still not worked. These people are not helpful at all. I didn't go to tertiary this year because they kept on making empty promises and it looks like I'm about to be uneducated for yet another year. I need to pay my registration fees and for my accommodation for next year and it looks like my dream of having is about to die when my father left me the recourse for that but I am being denied of that oppotunity by the GEPF . Something needs to change as soon as tomorrow.
