TERRIBLE SERVICE - GEPF

After numerous times I finally got ahold of someone who could assist me. However payments was only made for 3 months and not for December. Called this morning again and said they will relook and come back - Seriously how can such "competent" people made such mistakes or not being consistent to what they are communicating to clients??

Even worse not responding to emails.
