I sent this mail to a many number of people at the GEPF AND GPAA: "Please could someone provide me with feedback on this matter. It has been outstanding since the end of November 2020. I have not heard anything from anyone regarding the progress (or lack thereof) for Mr. Mynhardt’s pension fund or funeral payout. Please note that I have submitted all the documents requested for the funeral policy payout, as well as the required documents to Albertina Masoga at the Department of Education at Sandown High School. I have supp**** the department with the Executors letter that should be an important piece of document to further confirm my relationship with Mr. Mynhardt, which I believe is causing the biggest delay in the whole process. I am financially struggling to keep up with the financial contribution that Mr. Mynhardt made every month, and it seems that there is no financial relief for the near future. This is very sad as Mr. Mynhardt did everything right to ensure I am financially secure after his death."

The only feedback I got was: "Pension withdrawal documents are still outstanding from the employer."

This is a horrible experience and I am so sorry for people going through what I am. It is to completely unnecessary.
