TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE service. Lodged a spousal benefit claim on 7 July 2023, and has been at the forensic department ever since. No one seems to know or are able to assist me on a turnaround time or at the very least an estimated time frame when we can expect the benefit to be paid out! Pathetic!
