Terrible Service and Incompetence

I resigned from the SAP in June 2014. Since then it has been a completely mind-boggling series of incompetence. My claim was first rejected because the \Certification stamp on my ID document"was not acceptable! This after I submitted a total of 9 different scanned documents! After this there was an internal error \""the e-verification stamp\"" was not signed internally. Now"
