Terrible service

What a terrible shocking experience I had. My name is Reitumetse and I'm assisting my mom with regards to claiming her 50% share on my dad's pension as they divorced. About a year and a half ago we started the application and we send the Agency the documents. We called the Agency following up on how far is the progress, only to find out that that the documents were incomplete. Last year mid 2016 we send the amended document and through the same year when we submitted we were advised to check regularly on how far the documentation is progressing. January 2017 called in to check again was advised to check every 2 weeks. Same month called was advised the documents are with the legal department. February came I started calling every week again was advised that the documents are still with legal and they retrieving the initial file that was openened. Called last week spoke to one of the agent she advised that she will investigate as to check what is the delay and she will escalate to her supervisor to call me. After a week of patiently waiting on Tebogo's feedback and the call from the supervisor I called again today. I spoke to Pardon and requested to speak to the supervisor he advised that the supervisor Phaenny is currently unavailable and he would ask the supervisor to call before end of businesses today. As I know the that their offices is closing at 16:00 I called at 15:30 spoke to Desiree where my phone was cut, which I don't if it was disconnected or she hung up. Currently I'm really disappointed and from now on I want to know if this would be sorted or we still need to go through a long process. Stop giving us false hope and do your work cause lying to us will not give us a solution. Can we also be given a turnaround!!!
