Terrible respond on payout of pension benefit

<p>I termenated my services on 29 February 2016 from dept of correctional service. My pension file was received for firts time at GEPF ( government emplyee pension fund. Since end of July 2016 when I did enquire I received the respond that either it was send back to my employer or it is still with their contribution department . Nobody inform me as to what is the problem. After 2 months I phoned my employer and explain the sutuation. By investigation from their side they informed me that they received the file from GEPF in last week of August 2016. I was informed that a amount on my contribution is outstanding. i send relevant letters for Dept Correctional Service Head Quarters. I received feedback as to that my file was send back to GEPF. According to GEPF file was received by them on 31 August 2016. Since that date I phoned twice a week with still the same responsce :FILE IS WITH CONTRIBUTIONS. Today I were informed that file will now been dealt with because the 60 days timeframe become nearer and they have to do payment in time else they own me intterest. My problem is that I am without income for 8 months now. How does this people think one must survived while they don't pay out the monies you worked hard for. The other thing is that when I took the days my file was in GEPF possesion is in total 82 working days. Do they have the right to penalize me for the file that was with them for 2 months before they send it back for rectification ? This thing of the "new" counting of 60 days will cause that I will receive my payout at end November 2016. They are patetic without any consiance.</p>
