terrible communication

I have resigned from department of agriculture, forestry and fisheries as I got a job offer at another department so I opted to withdraw my pension. I tried several times to call GEPF with no luck as they make you hold for more than 40 minutes, I also have send them and email to which it has not been responded even now. I only want to know the status of my pension as to when will I get the money but haven't been getting any assistance
