Terrible call centre service

I have called their call centre multiple times in the past 3 weeks and have not received any thing that I need. One of the calls I had to today, the consultant hung up while my dad and I are trying to request for a document. This is the worst service I have ever received from their consultants being arrogant to hanging up while we are on he line
