Struggling to support my 3 children while waiting for GEPF

I am a divorced mother of 3 kids and being unemployed has been a real challenge while I am still waiting for payment from GEPF after 4 months of submitting a claim against my ex-husband's pension fund. Every time I call, they advise that my claim is with Legal Department and in the meantime I am struggling to provide for my 3 children. I am pleading with GEPF to please assist me with this long outstanding matter which has become a nightmare.
