Struggling to get my spouses pension payout from GEPF

<p>Hi Peter. My name is Anneline Herm**** and I'm struggling to get my spouses pension payout from GEPF. My ex-husband got his half in May 2015 and I haven't received mine. His persal number is ********** 0 and his pension number is ********** 6. His id number is ********** 070084. The last time legal department worked on my file was 11 november 2016. I've been phoning twice each and every week but the only answer I get is my file is still lying at legal department. I've been sending through emails as well but no one responds. I'm so frustrated coz I get the same answer every week. I would like to know if you are willing to help me. Thanks. Anneline</p>
