Still waiting for pension payout

My husband and I divorced on 24/10/2014.I submitted all the relevant documents on the 24 December 2014 and ever since every time I phone to do a follow up I am being told that the claim is still at legal.I must start paying my half of the school fees and buy basic things.Currently I am unemployed and need my share of the benefit.Its been three months now and I humbly request that my claim be finalized as soon as possible please.
