Still waiting for pension money for 6 months from GEPF

Absolutely pathetic service!! I resigned in February 2020 and up till now the 19 August I still have not received my pension that is owed to me.i have called numerous times to gepf and they don't answer. And even if they answer after 1 hour or 2 hours they give you a vague answer. They know nothing! They are useless. When you ask them for a time frame as to when you will get your money,they have no clue! They are are a useless bunch of employees! They don't care for their government workers and how we are suffering during covid 19.They withhold money that is due to us! They say waiting period is 6 weeks but it's been more then 6 months now Absolutely appauled by their service. They are not helpful at all. Pathetic service!!
