Still waiting for feedback and pay-out!
<p>Good Morning Lucille,<br /> <br />On 13 Dec you said that further follow up has been made to expedite my matter. You said you would contact me once the case is finalized. Today is the 3 January and I have no feed back as yet. Every time I phone the call centre they tell me no progress has been made, I should phone back the following week? I have even spoken to a supervisor and still no pay-out?????<br /> <br />Please assist, Thank you,<br />Bernadine</p>
