still waiting for feedback

<p>I am still waiting fir feedback as to why the file has been stuck with the forensics department for over a year. </p> <p>Each time we make a telephonic enquiry we are told to call after 7 working days as a query has been escalated to the respective department but everytime we call no feedback is given to us, were only told to callback after 7 days again.</p> <p>Lucille I have asked you aswell to follow up on the case since lat year.You ensured to make a follow up and get back to me. I have since waited.
