Still Waiting for a Response!

I am deeply troubled by the fact that I have to run after GEPF to enquire about my pension fund money. I have been told since the 2nd of February that GEPF is waiting for my previous employer (South West Gauteng College) to send the corrected Z102 document after there was an error done by them. I have been in communication with both my previous employer and GPAA--the client liaison officer, Prosina Ditshego. My previous employer has informed me that they are waiting for Prosina to collect the document from them as per her instruction, but for the past two weeks I have tried time and again to contact Prosina by telephone and email, but no response from her!!!! I need a way forward, I need to know where my documents are lying? this is just not fair and acceptable, I have been enquiring about my pension pay out since November 2014. it is now five months and I am still waiting!!! this is not right especially since I filled in my documents correctly, I do not think it is right for a member to run after GEPF or the previous employer--it is just ********* and unprofessional. I hope I will get a response form somebody this time!
