S.T.I.L.L NO PENSION PAYOUT

This is genuinely frustrating!!!! THIS IS AN INSTITUTION WHO WORK WITH IMPORTANT ASSESTS AND DEAL WITH PEOPLE'S LIVELYHOODS!! EVEN IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS THEY TOO ARE FACING DURING THE PROCESSING OF THESE DOCUMENTS, IT WONT HURT TO COMMUNICATE THAT!! CORRESPONDENCE! C.O.R.R.E.S.P.O.N.D.E.N.C.E!!!!

I have been waiting over 3 months now for MONEY THAT IS MINE!!!! There is no answer to calls, delayed responses for emails even though their automated response email states that they will get back to you in 7 days. "All back door operations will continue as per usual" "Your case is receiving attention" "Your pension application is in process". THESE ARE THE LIES THEY KEEP FEEDING WHEN ONE EVENTUALLY GETS THROUGH TO SOMEONE!! AND NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING!!! NOTHING NIKS!!

This is utterly unprofessional not to mention dispicable! We work our butts off in the profession get *****ed in the interim, step out of the profession and still get *****ed!! What could be the hold up? What is taking so long? Is the "system offline again?"

These too are people with families and mouths to feed and debt to pay! Yet one can only speculate what they are doing with your things. Lying on someone's desk while they enjoy their best lives! There's no word for this honestly! There are merely just no words!! We as bottom feeders just have to take and take and take!! What is service delivery? Who is it? Can i eat it? PAY ME MY MONEY!!!
