still no payout

<p>I have put in a divorce claim. They told me it would take 60 days. After the 60 days the file has been sitting some where and not been worked on for more than 3 weeks now. I am still waiting the payout. My question is this. Look at all the complaints and nobody is doing anything about, Why are goverment employees not allowed to invest with private companies like old mutual. I told my ex husband he and all his friend are going to go through the same thing. he has a friend now that retired in Febuary still waiting. Surely its your constitutional right to choose where your pension is invested. People need to start rallying up against them. I am not the only one suffering, And i was told by one of the consultants that the director from pretoria came to cape town and went through questions and answers. So the start are told to lie to people. There is no real reason. So why are they deliberately delaying payment. If they short staff why are they not hiring. something needs to be done.</p>
