Spouse pension

<p>My father Raymond Schreiber pension number pn ********** 3 , I'd number ********** 086087, passed away on 1 april 2017. We sent all required documents to Pretoria . All documents received 11 May 2017. When I phoned they told me, no errors with the forms for life partner pension. When I phone again 22 May 2017 , I where told that they waiting for the deceased , file from the warehouse . On 13 June 2017, I phoned again, telling me the same story they are waiting for the file, the person who helped me told me its not right to wait so long for the file, she gone send email to the escalation department , I must phone back after 5 days. On 20 June 2017 I phone again , telling me the same story the waiting for the file . It's really unacepptable. Don't no what to do anymore</p>
