SO FED UP WITH THEIR SERVICES, BEEN WAITING FOR 5 MONTHS FOR MY MONEY

<p>I have been visiting GEPF head office at Pretoria for the past two months all the way from Malamulele (LIMPOPO) and in most of my visits, I am welcomed by ***********, rude and clueless consultants who just advice you that "your file is at contribution, come back after two weeks" even after that weeks, I'm still told the same things.</p> <p><br />On the 28th of July 2016 I was assisted by a lady by the name of Olga Kau working on table number 8, I must say that firstly the consultants don't wear name badges for us to identify them for future references, secondly, the lady was rude when I was asking her questions in order for me to understand as its been 5 months going on 6 since I have been waiting for my money after I resigned. What happened to Batho Pele Principles on Ensuring Courtesy by having the right attitude, What happened to Openness & Transparency because we should be told how the departments is run, who is in charge of my file and know who the Head of the Unit of contribution is.</p> <p><br />After five months of waiting with no feedback, How am I supposed to provide for my family and others. Can someone answer this questions:</p> <p><br />1. Who is working on my file and how far is the process<br />2. when is the payment going to be made<br />3.
