So called Toll free number

So today I call the the toll free no *** and wait patiently for 20 minutes. Eventually the lady comes on and I give her all my details and my cell no which she asks for in case she has to call me back. So just then of course I run out of airtime (R 64 wasted) and I wait for her to call back. Still waiting.<br> <br> I tried phoning because they don't respond to my e mail. ( Maybe it did not send is a possibility).<br> I need to find out if they have received documentation from the navy because I retired the end of Nov 2014.<br> <br> So if any one there can assist me I would appreciate it.
