Slowest mail room ever!!!

<p>In the middle of August I was told that my file was in the payment department and that it would take about 2 weeks to pay out. Then at the end of August when i was expecting my payment i get told that it has been pulled out of the payments department becuase they need an affidavit. I faxed and emailed the affidaivit on 31/08/16. But then you wanted the original also so I sent it to you with Postnet on 31/08/16. I checked with Postnet and they delivered it to you on the 5th, but today 2 days later it is still sitting in your mail room. So the affidavit can get from Worcester to Pretoria in 5 days, but can't move a few hundred meters from you mail room to your payments department in 2 days!! What's worse is that you can confirm that you have the affidavit needed to finalise my payment, but it is just sitting with the wrong person!! This is totally unacceptable!!! Now I need to wait another 2 weeks for my payment when it eventually gets delivered from your own mail room!!</p> <p>My pension number is ********** 8</p>
