Sitting in the Dark

Hi Megan <br> <br> This is follow- up to my previous complain that you addressed. About two months ago we re-submitted my mother documents and we were told that the claim would be finalized with in 60 days. But just about when 60 days was about to be completed we were told they could not be finalized, we are supposed to re-submit the divorce settlement letter. Please advise us when can we expect case to be finalized, does it mean because we are re-submitting the documents we must wait another 60 days or they will go directly were they were returned?<br> <br> Regards <br> Thapelo
