Shocking service very disappointing

<p>I have made an application on the 4/07/2016. I was told by the assistant who processed my application that it would take 60 working days. Today I visited there offices and I was told that the person who told me that I would get paid in 60 days **** to me. Further it was stated that they are only processing February 2016 submissions for payment and I can expect payment in January 2017. This is shocking. I have bills to pay. I have a car which is going to be repossed soon. The house is almost gone. The banks has helped me to the best of there ability but unfortunately I wonder if I will ever get my money. I am shocked that it takes so long to process and Pay someone. I wonder if someone is really going to help. </p>
