Shameful service

I'm very disappointed with GEPF, What a shamefully for us the government employees, I wish we could have invested our money in other companies, today it's the 16th day since I sent them a form to update my details, till to date I have not received any reply from them, there is an email address I got from the phone call I made and spoke with someone by name phumza, when I tried to send my form to that email, she just responded to me saying I should send my email to the relevant department then she left me with my mouth wide open😔 shameful service.
