Bad bad bad service. I submitted an apllication 4 April 2023 they said 3 months then it would be complete. The last time there was worked on it was the 3rd of May 2023. I spoke to Supervisor Thabogo Khoeta a very dumb superviser he also said 60 days then the application will be complete. On the 2023/05/05 a call centre agent said my mother will be paid end of May or first week of June. I want to know when this will be finalized? Goverment Employment Pension Fund you guys SUCK at your work and aslo at giving excuses.
