Seeking clarity on criteria followed
Two resignation benefits documents submitted to GPAA for payment process on the sameday. One is for myself and one is for Mrs Willemien Rossouw. One document haa been process within 15 days. That document belongs to Mrs Rossouw and mine I am told about a 60 days period. Why the 60 days period app**** only to me? What's wrong with mine. Am told by GPAA Call Centre Consultant that GPAA is not obliged to explain to me. I am seeking clarity why I am not treated the same way like Mrs Rossouw. Is there anything wrong with my claim documents that made GPAA to process and pay Mrs Rossouw's claim with out applying the 60 days period? Thats the question I am looking answer for and GPAA told me they are not obliged to give me reasons.

Once that is approved, then we'll process your payout. So your claim is being attended to.
