Good morning

I’ve been trying to get help from GEPF staff for the past 3 weeks with no luck. No one answers their phone calls, they are all out of office, lines are engaged, not busy but engaged, how is my money safe?? They can’t even assist in changing or adding beneficiaries!!! Tried using the app but can’t access it. Nothing is functional!!! And yet they have our money with them!!!

Please assist in this regard as it is very frustrating.
