My father passes away 2020 January 4 and since then we have been struggling with GEPF to release the funds. All these years till today they have been telling us that the file is still being processed. I mean for 3 years same story really.

I have all the references and the names of the people assisting and the family believes that these people are lair and ****mmers. They are not being honest about this matter. Any way to take legal actions against them please assist. Where do we go from here, is there an ombudsman.
