SAME FEEDBACK EVERYTIME - \CLAIM AT LEGAL DEPT""""

I was divorced on 8 May 2015. On 17 July 2015 i did a telephonic enquiry wich documents must be handed in at GEPF for the claim. I was told a certified ID copy of myself, the final court order and settlement aggreement and proof of SARS. I send this documents on 17 July 2015 on own cost (R160.00) via speed service to GEPF Legal Department. 3 September 2015 I did an telephonic enquiry (and you just need to hold the line for approximatly 20 to 30 minutes....)was told that I need to complete a Choice form and send all the abovementioned documents again. Why was i not told about the choice form on 17 July 2015?. Netherless i completed the choice form and made copies of the rest of the documents and again send it on 3 Sepember 2015 via overnight services (R198.20) to GPAA - Clean Break Unit Room F105. Documents were received on 4 September 2015. On 2 October 2015 i did an telephone enquiry aswell as e-mail enquiry (wich they do not respond to witin the 7 days). My documents got attention only on the 9 September 2015. On 23 Oct 2015 and 6 November 2015 i did telephonic enquiries again, and every time they just say it is with the Legal Department. I WANT DATES AND FEEDBACK!!!
