Rotten sevice

Absolutely rotten service. Dial their number and you get the service is unavailable. Eventually got through twice and when asked to put in my ID number it registered incorrectly twice, leaving out numbers. How is this possible in this day and age? Just another failure of a government department! Do you have another CHALLENGE?
