Review not Attended to

<p>Hi Lucille Smith, </p> <p> </p> <p>I have realised that you are the only person at GEPF who responds and responsible. All the people who posted with me on Friday have been responded to after mentioning your name. I have not dealt with you before but I see that you do help lots of people in time. Can you please help me with this complain as beknown that Eunice Masela WILL NEVER BOTHER TO RESPOND AS SHE HAS ALWAYS DONE BEFORE. It has been 21 Months my husband passed away and nothing has been done even though I was told that I will receive payment as soon as I can produce a Court Order that the Charges have been withdrawn. I have done that and only GEPF hasn't honoured their promise hence all the other companies have paid out already. I just wanna know why is it a struggle to receive payment????? Who is supposed to fetch my file from the BACK OFFICE as the call centre consultant said, in order to be taken to payment???? the amazing part is when she said that at the back office they are busy checking if all the documents are there nothig is outstanding yet should I have not asked a week before and be told that ALL THE DOCUMENTS ARE THERE, SHE EVEN CONFIRMED THAT NOTHING IS OUTSTANDING BUT AT THE BACK OFFICE THEY ARE STILL CHECKING THAT. Which story is the correct one? If I may ask DO THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT FILE HAVE KIDS??? IF SO, WHY MINE DONT MATTER TO THEM? I AM SO TIRED OF BEGGING FOR WHAT IS DUE TO MY KIDS, WAS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO EVEN LODGE A COMPLAIN??? Lucille Smith please help me as you have helped the others,MY SITUATION IS AT A BREAKING POINT NOW AS I HAVE NOT PAID THIS YEAR'S FEES AND NOT RE-REGISTERED MY KIDS FOR NEXT YEAR, FOR NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE ARE THEY GOING TO ATTEND SCHOOL NEXT YEAR BECAUSE AT CENTRAL SECONDARY SCHOOL THEY NEEED THEIR MONEY ASAP, WHILST THEIR FATHER'S MONEY IS AT GEPF. MY HUSBAND WORKED VERY HARD FOR HIS CHILDREN BUT LOOK WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THEM RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THE FILE THAT CANNOT BE ATTENDED. I AM PLEADING WITH YOU RIGHT NOW LUCILLE, OTHERWISE THEY WONT GET THEIR REPORTS FOR THIS YEAR AND THE SCHOOL ARE CLOSING ON THE 05.12.2016 THAT MEANS MY KIDS WONT KNOW IF THEY HAVE PASSED OR NOT, STILL WHERE ARE THEY ATTENDING NEXT YEAR. IF YOU CAN LIASE WITH EUNICE ASK HER TO SHOW YOU THE PICS OF THE TORN UNIFORMS, EMPTY FRIDGES AND ALL THEN YOU WILL SEE WHAT MY FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. MY HOUSE IS FALLING APART RIGHT NOW DUE TO THE BAD RAINS WE ARE EXPERIENCING IN SA. ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME THAT IT FALLS ON US WHILST WE THINKING THAT WE ARE PROTECTED. PLEASE HAVE MERCY AND SORT THIS MATTER FOR US URGENTLY.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lucille Smith your help is much anticipated.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband passed away on the 23/02/2015 and I was a suspect then his pension was stopped, on the 07/1/2016 ALL THE CHARGES WERE WITHDRAWN AGAINST ME hence the forms were sent to them in May 2016 of which I was adviced to do a guardianship for my kids in August 2016 and when we did the follow-ups nobody could tell the truth as to what was the delay. I spoke to Eunice and we exchanged emails pleading and begging her to help the process to be faster but no reply from her and Portia intervened and nothing thereafter from her too. Then on the 08/11/2016 I submitted the Court Order clearing me as a suspect and all the time we do a follow-up I will be told the same thing "LUCKY FOR YOU MAAM YOUR FILE IS OUT OF LEGAL AND INTO OUR BACK OFFICE" and everything is complete there is nothing outstanding and it will be at payment soon please do call next week to check. Then I will call as told and the same thing will be told and I ended up asking the lady as to who actually is supposed to finish with the file at the back office so that it can go to payment and the answer was BUT MAAM I AM AT THE CALL CENTRE I CANNOT TELL YOU THAT, yet she told me that it was out of legal to back office. Since May 2016 this file has been at GEPF as now people are about to go on leave and it will be paid in 2017. What will my kids be eating in that time? Who will play their school fees for next year since well I owe even 2015 fees? How can one be this cruel and *********** and take so long to finish a file? GEPF is paying your salaries on time, your kids are well taken care of whilst our kids are suffering whilst you are busy eating your lunches and chit-chatting. Just do your job and get over with it, my husband served this country with intergrity but his children are now living like orphans. You are so cruel and inconsiderate of his kids. My son will not get his results from Technikon and will not be re-admitted next year. Sebenzani please you are destroying innocent children's lives here.</p>
