Resignation claim

GEPF is by far the worst pension fund administration, I've been patiently waiting for my resignation claim for the past 4 months. When making follow up you are told it was sent back to your employer for corrections. There is something clearly wrong here because it goes pass different agents! Why can't one agent from the beginning pick up all the faults. Why are you playing with our lives, our children's lives. What pleasure do you get in abusing innocent people. I'm here waiting for what is rightfully mine but some ******* system is enabling me to access my funds. I go to my previous employer and they too are confused. I really want to know who is exploiting me is it the GEPF or SASSA KZN
