Reissue department

My name is Jaqueline Mokgabudi I am a pensioner due to ill health.5 months ago I changed my bank details and submitted to Gepf who then advised me to close my current account but it will take 3 months before I get payment.i had to endure that because I had already closed my account and opened a new 1 but it's been 5 months now my medical aid is even canceled now I can't see a doctor and I have not been getting medication that literallymakes me a defaulter.every time I go there or call they tell me it's been escalated but still nothing.i go to the ATM only to accumulate bank charges
