Recalculation on my years

I been calling is almost 1 year now your customers service agent taking me from pillar to post.

Not saying the same thing everytime I call this is frustrating as I need my this to be resolved.

The years I worked need to be recalculated and the form have been sent since February by SANDF for the recalculations
