Rate What???

How long does it take for an application that was lodged since 2015 to be paid????? I was called by the Rustenburg office to resubmit since December 2017 and several escalations have been done. At the end your consultants have no idea what to tell me. Will I be paid or not that's all I wanna know. I have been holding for 3 hours the next thing I hear that I must rate the level of your services....I mean duh which services as my call was not answered. GEPF nidlala ngabantu sheeeemmmmmmm
