Rampant inefficiency

<p>Got divorced in August 2016. App**** for benefits in September 2016. Entire process supposed to take 90 days. 9 months later and every time I call the helpline, the documents are in "process"</p> <p>Just imagine how frustrated a 65 year old retiree will be. </p> <p> </p>
