****** Rude Service

I want to lodge a formal complaint on behalf of my father.

Maria Aphane this named employee is a ****** and refuses to assist in a professional manner. and I will be contacting your board of trustees and I will also contact HELLO PETER.

I am on hold for HOURS and then this ****** women drops the call while I am still busy talking with her.

Because my skin and my father's skin is not dark enough we are getting the worst kind of service. Your staff is rude and unprofessional.

November 2020 My father requested that his payslip be emailed to his email every 3 months that still has not been done. Every time we have to sit for hours on the phone and then we get this ****** RUDE service.

It is totally and utterly unacceptabale to be treated in this way.
